B2B Shipping & Delivery Policy

OVERVIEW 

This Shipping Policy applies to all B2B wholesale, distribution, and bulk orders placed with ChicDex. As a commercial supplier of premium 3C electronics and lifestyle accessories, our shipping procedures are governed by standard international trade practices. By placing a wholesale order with ChicDex, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING & LEAD TIMES

Order processing times vary depending on the size of your order and current inventory levels:

  • In-Stock Inventory: Standard B2B orders for items currently in stock at our Guangzhou facility are typically processed and ready for dispatch within 3 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Volume/Backordered Production: For large volume orders or items requiring new production runs, lead times will be explicitly communicated and confirmed in your Proforma Invoice (PI) or purchase agreement.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & FREIGHT FORWARDERS

Given the nature of B2B volume purchasing, we offer flexible shipping arrangements:

  • Buyer’s Designated Forwarder: We highly encourage you to use your own trusted freight forwarder. We will coordinate directly with your designated agent to arrange the handover of goods.

  • ChicDex Arranged Freight: If you do not have a forwarder, ChicDex can arrange shipping on your behalf through our network of international logistics partners (via Air Express like DHL/FedEx/UPS, Standard Air Freight, or Ocean Freight). All shipping costs arranged by ChicDex will be quoted and added to your final invoice.

3. INCOTERMS & RISK OF LOSS

Unless otherwise explicitly stated and agreed upon in writing (e.g., in a formalized distribution contract), all B2B transactions are conducted under EXW (Ex Works) Guangzhou or FOB (Free on Board) Shenzhen/Guangzhou terms.

  • Transfer of Risk: The risk of loss, damage, and title for the products passes entirely to the Buyer once the goods are handed over to the first carrier or your designated freight forwarder at our facility or the designated port.

  • Transit Insurance: We strongly advise all B2B buyers to purchase comprehensive cargo insurance. ChicDex is not liable for goods lost, stolen, or damaged in transit after the risk of loss has transferred.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT REGULATIONS

For all international shipments, the Buyer acts as the Importer of Record.

  • Taxes & Duties: The Buyer is 100% responsible for paying all applicable import duties, customs fees, Value Added Tax (VAT), and any other local taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • Regulatory Compliance: The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the electronic products purchased (including but not limited to adapters, magnetic accessories, wireless devices, and batteries) comply with all local import laws, certification requirements (e.g., CE, FCC, RoHS), and safety standards. ChicDex will provide necessary commercial invoices and standard product documentation upon request, but we are not responsible for delays, seizures, or rejections by customs authorities due to missing local certifications.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE

Estimated delivery dates provided by ChicDex or our freight partners are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ChicDex is not liable for any delays in manufacturing or shipping caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, port strikes, extreme weather, customs holds, or global supply chain disruptions.

6. INSPECTING SHIPMENTS ON ARRIVAL

Upon delivery to your warehouse, you must immediately inspect the external packaging and pallet condition.

  • If there is visible damage to the exterior cartons caused during transit, you must note this on the delivery receipt (Proof of Delivery) before signing and taking possession, and immediately file a claim with the freight carrier.

  • For concealed manufacturing defects (not related to transit damage), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy regarding our 14-day defect notification window.
