For Bulk Cargo orders and custom shipments, all post-sales and return terms are handled strictly according to the specific schedule and clauses agreed upon in your purchase contract.

Defective Products

Every batch undergoes strict 100% quality control and inspection before dispatch to ensure zero manufacturing defects. However, in the rare event that a defect is identified, please report it with photos within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon review and approval, replacements are processed and included in your next shipment/order at no additional cost.

If your package arrives damaged, document the condition with photos of both the outer packaging and products. Contact us through our website's official channels immediately to initiate a resolution.
